Yes, a temporary authorization hold is placed on your card during the rental. The exact amount depends on the car category and the protection plan you choose (selecting our “Full Peace of Mind” plan drastically reduces or eliminates this deposit). The funds are fully released immediately after you return the vehicle in the same condition.
What is your fuel policy?
We operate on a strict and transparent “Full-to-Full” policy. We hand over the vehicle with a completely full tank, and you just need to return it full. There are no hidden refueling service fees or inflated fuel prices—it is completely fair and simple.
Can I cancel or modify my booking for free?
Absolutely. We know travel plans can change. You can modify or cancel your reservation completely free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time, with a full refund guaranteed.
Can I choose a specific car model?
When booking, you select a specific vehicle category (e.g., Economy, Compact, SUV) which guarantees certain features, passenger capacity, and luggage space. While we cannot guarantee an exact make or model due to availability, we always ensure you receive a car from the exact group selected or a free upgrade to a higher category.
Are additional drivers allowed?
Absolutely. You can add an additional driver to your rental contract during the booking process or directly at our desks in Alicante or Torrevieja. The additional driver must present a valid driving license and meet the same age requirements as the main driver.

In the rare event of an accident or mechanical issue, pull over safely, secure the vehicle, and contact our dedicated 24/7 Roadside Assistance team via the emergency number provided in your rental agreement. We will arrange a tow truck or a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible.
Can I rent a car with a debit card, or do I need a credit card?
We accept both Visa and Mastercard credit cards. If you prefer to use a debit card, it is fully accepted as long as you choose our “Full Peace of Mind” protection plan. This provides flexibility for international travelers without the usual rental headaches.
What happens if my flight to Spain is delayed?
Don’t worry at all. When booking, you can provide your flight number. Our local airport team monitors arrivals in real-time, meaning we will wait for you and ensure your car is ready, even if your flight lands later than expected.
What documents do I need to bring at pick-up?
To collect your keys, you just need to present three things: a valid driving license (and an International Driving Permit if you are visiting from outside the EU), your passport or ID card, and the physical card used to secure the online booking.
Is unlimited mileage included in the price?
Yes! All our rentals across the Costa Blanca include unlimited mileage. You can drive freely around the Valencian Community and neighboring regions without worrying about extra fees or hidden charges on your return.
What does the "Full Peace of Mind" plan cover?
Our “Full Peace of Mind” package is our most comprehensive protection. It reduces your insurance excess to zero (€0) and fully covers damage to wheels, tires, glass, mirrors, and underbody. It also includes 24/7 priority roadside assistance, giving you complete reassurance during your Spanish holiday.
Can I return the car outside of office opening hours?
Yes, we offer flexible drop-off options. If you need to return your car early in the morning or late at night outside our regular hours at Alicante Airport or Torrevieja, you can safely park the vehicle in our designated zone and leave the keys in our secure, 24/7 drop-box. Please notify us during your booking to set up the instructions.
